You do. Ownership of the source code and any IP created for your project transfers to you, and we hand over documentation written for your engineers — not a dependency on us.
Where it removes real work: automating operational workflows, or as a feature inside the product itself. We scope it case by case, with human-in-the-loop checkpoints wherever a decision needs oversight. It is never added because it is fashionable.
Both, and they feed each other. Most of our work is custom software built for a specific client. Where we have solved the same problem repeatedly, we generalise it into a product — PropertyConnect is the first. If a product is not available yet, we can build a custom version now.
Support terms are agreed before we start, not after. That typically covers a warranty period for defects and an optional ongoing arrangement for maintenance and new work. You are never locked in to keep the system running.
